DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a failed mandatory patch test, and is fully credited toward your service total on the day of your visit. MANDATORY PATCH TEST (NEW CLIENTS): First-time hybrid stain clients must complete a patch test at least 48 hours before service. If your skin reacts or fails the test, your appointment will be canceled for your safety, and your 50% deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a regular brow wax. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. LATE POLICY: We offer a 10-minute grace period. To ensure the highest quality treatment and respect the time of all guests, arrivals past this window may require rescheduling or a modified service. GUESTS & CHILDREN POLICY: To ensure a calm, safe, and focused environment for your luxury treatment, we are unable to accommodate children or unserviced guests inside the studio. Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet, relaxing space for your appointment. LATE CHANGES & NO-SHOWS: Outside of failed patch tests, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you change or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your 50% deposit remains secure and will be transferred as a credit toward your next booking. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments canceled due to policy violations will permanently forfeit the 50% deposit.
