Here your skin barrier always comes first and every product is sourced intentionally. Let's create your dream brows! When You Arrive: BROW NINE is located inside Raising Queen's Beauty Bar. Please walk right in and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room, where complimentary snacks are available for you to enjoy. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is fully credited toward your service total on the day of your visit.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.
LATE POLICY:
We offer a 10-minute grace period. To ensure the highest quality treatment and respect the time of all guests, arrivals past this window may require rescheduling or a modified service.
GUESTS & CHILDREN POLICY:
To ensure a calm, safe, and focused environment for your luxury treatment, we are unable to accommodate children or unserviced guests inside the studio. Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet, relaxing space for your appointment.
LATE CHANGES & NO-SHOWS:
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments canceled due to policy violations will forfeit the 50% deposit.
